Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bedside and the bedside.build website (the "Site"), operated by Practice Build Partners LLC ("Practice Build Partners", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What Bedside is
Bedside is a virtual construction advisor that provides general information and guidance for medical practices build-outs, acquisitions, and expansions. It offers general construction guidance only. It does not provide legal, engineering, financial, or accounting advice, and it is not a substitute for a licensed architect, engineer, contractor, attorney, or accountant. Always confirm important decisions with the appropriate licensed professional and your local building department.
Waitlist and access
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product. Access is currently invite based, and we may grant, limit, or decline access at our discretion.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it. You will not attempt to disrupt the Site, access it by unauthorized means, scrape or copy it at scale, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the Bedside name, are owned by Practice Build Partners LLC and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.
No warranty
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the information is complete, current, or error free, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Practice Build Partners LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
